Both buyers and seller will receive a copy of the HUD 1 at closing. This is a document prepared by Provident Title describing the real estate transaction, including the escrow deposits for taxes, commissions, loan fees, points, hazard insurance, and mortgage insurance. You may also hear the HUD 1 referred to as the closing statement or settlement sheet. The sample HUD on this page was created using a sales price of $500,000.00. Please be aware that many of these fees may change based upon the sales price of your property.

REALTOR INFORMATION SHEET

The Realtor Information sheet is a way for realtors to provide all of the necessary information regarding the buyers, sellers and transaction to Provident Title & Escrow. This is a way for the settlement company to verify all of the information received on the original contract. We ask that this document be downloaded and either mailed or faxed to our office.
